We are happy to say we ship to almost every country in the world and we offer free shipping on most items in our store. Unfortunately, some outlying islands are unreachable by our couriers.
As we all know, Covid-19 has caused disruption in the shipping industry and a lot of packages are delayed. To tackle this, all of our orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
My product came damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and image of the damage and we will investigate to issue a refund or replacement for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you find yourself in a situation where you would like to cancel the order, please let us know. Contact us immediately. Orders that have been processed are not eligible for cancellation.
How can I track my orders?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48-72 hours for the link to update and show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is on its way as it has left the warehouse.
How long will delivery take?
All orders are tracked. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it is available.
